Born as Kenneth Erich Church, he is an American country music singer as well as lyricist with exceptional skills. The great music artist has been entertaining the world and producing some of the greatest masterpieces of music since the year 2005. As of today, it has been more than a decade of exceptional country, southern rock and bluegrass music by Eric Church. Apart from singing and songwriting, Kenneth also has a great hands-on expertise at musical instruments like guitar, piano and banjo. He was born in North Carolina State of the US in Granite Falls and as of May 2014, Church is thirty-seven years old. Kenneth was born as an artist with music in his soul. He moved to Nashville with financial support from his father and kept meeting music producers and professionals in order to get a chance, to be a music star. His hard work and determination helped him attain his goals and he was soon able to sign contract with the prestigious Capitol Records Nashville and later with the EMI Nashville. Today, the world knows him as one of the country music legends.

Eric Church Declares Battle against the Ticket Scalpers

The world’s renowned country music legend, the great signer, lyricist and musician Eric Church has opened war on the ticket scalpers across the US. Kenneth Eric Church, the heart of country music, is very conscious about the ticket scalping for his forthcoming tour. Eric has cancelled orders for nearly one thousand tickets of his upcoming show in Minneapolis, on the 16^th of September, 2014. At the Target Center, it has been estimated that more than fourteen thousand tickets have already been sold for the upcoming concert and all the seats, of which the tickets have been sold are located in the upper levels just beneath the stage.

After a strong and comprehensive survey, it has been found out that nearly 902 tickets were purchased only for resale by the scalpers. This is a great violation of the sales limits of this show. After having cancelled all these tickets, it has been announced that they will be available for re-sale later. The scalpers purchase prime seats at all the music, theatre, sports and other events across the world and sell them later at rates which are way above their face value. This urges the die-hard fans to purchase tickets at any prices, as demanded by the scalpers, in return to the prime seats of the show.

Eric Church, who is highly considerate and conscious about his fans said in an interview that he wants to make sure that his fans do not have to pay an extra penny, and attend all his concerts by paying within their means. He also added that he strictly discourages tickets scalping and wants all the scalpers to back off. At another place, Eric also mentioned that scalping cannot be completely wiped off, however he will always make sure that anybody found guilty of this crime is strictly dealt with.
